2. What we collect
Email address, company name, and funding round that you enter on the access form, plus anonymous visit data: pages viewed, clicks, scroll depth, device type, and approximate region
3. Analytics and session recordings
We use Yandex Metrica to measure how the pages perform. Metrica may record sessions, including mouse movement and scrolling. Form fields are masked and never recorded
4. Why we use your data
To run the early access list and to email you once when your spot opens. We do not sell your personal information or share it for advertising
5. Who receives it
Our hosting provider and Yandex Metrica process data on our behalf under their own terms. We share it with no one else
6. How long we keep it
Form data is kept while your account is active and deleted within 30 days of your request. Analytics data follows Metrica retention settings
7. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data. California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know and delete. Email privacy@deckpulse.app and we reply within 45 days
